The boys popped their heads back a little, like their bodies were caught in something's momentum. They then turned to Mikael, pausing for a second, then to each other and pausing, and then back to Mikael. The boys seemed confused, and one of them piped up for a second, "Who are you?" As Mikael was about to speak, the other spoke with an authoritive, interrupting Mikael, "Better yet, forget who you are. We aren't here for you, new-comer. We're here on our own business and have no obligation to tell you anything. So why don't you and your new-comer buddy leave. It's probably better that you do." As the two boys stood there, Mikael could tell from their body language the following things: The boy on the right, who told Mikael off, looked as though he was ready for a fight. The boy on the left, however, seemed like he didn't mind much for the other boy's actions, even though he probably wouldn't stop the boy on the right from fighting.
