Blood was happy that at least two of the gems were willing to give him a chance. Things seemed to be going his way when all of a sudden three newcomers walked in. One was the mayor, no big deal, another was the human he saw at the Kindergarten, once again couldn't be too big of a problem, and the last one was a gem, most likely a newborn. The gem ran up to him in a rage, he was about to draw his weapon when the newborn suddenly stopped in front of him and spoke his name before grabbing him by the collar and asked him questions. Before he even said anything he could tell who it was, the face was way to similar. This was definitely Tiger. Then the young gem had fallen to the ground in pain, it was terrible. Great, my experiment with Mars did exactly the opposite of what I had planned. This is just what I needed right now. The human girl and Aqua rushed to his aid, Blood wasn't much of a comforting person but he could at least answer the questions he was asked. "Once you recover I will be perfectly happy to answer all questions that anyone has for me. I wish I could offer you more comforting words but being supportive isn't exactly my strong suit." Bloodstone walked over to the far side of the temple, away from everyone. He just wanted to stay out of the way while everyone calmed down, Blood didn't want any conflict at the moment. It would only harm his chances to get closer to the newborns. Even if they all hated him, he at least wanted to leave an imprint on them. The plan was to take the aggressiveness out of Tiger so that he could be the way he wanted. Tiger always hated his aggressive side and couldn't stand fighting. I wanted to make him intelligent and strategic, but this is the exact opposite. I only increased the anger that he feels and I couldn't remove all of the memories either. The plan was a failure but who knows, every gem has the potential for greatness. Perhaps he will learn to control and channel this anger and become much stronger than I can imagine. Blood looked towards the newborn, first with pity but then with hope. With the proper training, Blood knew he could turn this gem into a true leader, warrior, or scientist. Whatever he wanted, or so Bloodstone hoped.
