[@Kal-El] 1 gold star for the carefully crafted response. Minus 1 gold star for talking shit about Inotsu. XD nah, I'm kidding. The other techs are for restraining/immobilizing the enemy not for standard battle which is why I mentioned he relies mainly on Wind/Hiden techs.
