[@floodtalon] I took a quick look at your CS. Not going over all the details yet, I'll just say you need to change your rank to regular Jonin (I don't think Elite Jonin exists and I wouldn't accept that anyways). Also, your character has too many Aliases and you didn't explain how he acquired them. Cut back on two at the least.
