I made a minor change to the CS, adding a little personality bit, since people still need personality no matter what. [@Inkdrop] is the one who made me realize that with his CS already having some bio, so if people want to add a little bit of life to the officers, go ahead, it should add some good depth to them beyond men/women in blue.
