A young girl who knew what it was like to loose someone, she knew when and when not to comfort another as well as she knew also that the dragon's pain is hard to mend but just being angry that he is a jerk never helps anyone. She also did small gifts like tokens of thanks and other things to show she was thankful he would teach her. eventually the winters cold heart was starting to thaw out in my book.
