Clean-nuclear/fusion power cells are still nuclear power cells which if become unstable still explode. And we have already established the thing is leaking and going unstable. Don't matter if it is clean still gonna go boom. Just less big of a boom more of what happens when a nuclear power plant goes critical lots of fire and smoke and conventional explosion that way not actual mushroom cloud but still considered a nuclear explosion of sorts.
