Before I met her...I was different. I was not good. Ask my siblings. I broke after I believed that my mother was killed. I was not me. My sister and I did mercenary work to get us by. One day,I was sent with a group of people to destroy a village. I went, not knowing what was going to happen. The others murdered and brutally tortured the village people, I was supposed to kill the leader. I did but...before he died,he made me promise to keep his daughter alive...to protect her...

It was for the better. I killed the rest of my team and took the child with me. I told my sibling that i was going to be gone for awhile...a pretty long mission, I said. They understood and kept alive to themselves after I gave them the money I have and left. I built a home and took care of her here. That was five years ago.
