first of all yes her magic is powerful, bodywise she is increadibly weak, barely can walk. Her mental state is kind of vaulnerable at the moment because of all the nonsense that happened to her. She only bursts into tears when her friends are concerned aka fearing she will lose her friends or when she thought gippal was goofing of with another girl leaving them worry about him. 
 But for everything else she is pretty much very willful and very snappy. She is physically weak, but generally shouts a lot when she is angry at people.
