Well that's a shame but ok.

So time for a bit of back story.

The main villains for our "Volume 1" are a private organisation known as the "Greystone Company". Essentially a successor to the original Company, Greystone operate under the guise of a genetic research foundation, their goal is to bag and tag as many EVO's as possible and then either use them as agents or harvest from them what they can in order try and remake and re-synthesise the formula for giving people abilities. They work a two agent system "one of us, one of them" so its one human and one EVO per partnership.

So if you want to double up on characters, then you're more than welcome to make a Greystone Agent.
