For clarification, Arcane Magic isn't only focused on literal elements so much as [i]fields[/i]. Manipulating emotions would be a possibility, though to make it useful would require an advanced user of the magic. I used the elemental magic as basic examples, but there are more possibilities than just those.

On the topic of kinetic manipulation or combustion manipulation: those would have a lot of powerful potential. Likewise there are probably other magics that, in a sufficiently advanced form, would eventually encompass one or the other. I would suggest to come up with something more tame but I don't know how you plan to go about it, so I won't outright deny it.
