Uh, you might be misunderstanding that whole situation- it's possible to turn Mad Enhancement off, but it'll still exist as a skill that the Servant and Master have access to. It's a mandatory skill as a Berserker, it can just be toggled depending on whether the Master wants an attack dog or someone capable of rational thought outside of necessary situations.
