Jarvis [@Joshua Tamashii] Jarvis did feel guilty, and always would. A parent was meant to protect their child, and he hadn't done that. He gave a soft sigh, and returned Amelia's hug. "she's gone, I know that. And I know I can't change it, but It was my fault that she died" He doubted he would every stop thinking that, stop feeling that. "But thank you" Time Lord [@YipeeXD] [@lmpkio] Well. This wasn't going in anyway what he had planned. Of course, he knew it wouldn't have. He gave a soft sigh, wishing he could do this without Lazarus or anyone else present, but knew that wasn't going to happen. So sighing, he said "I just...I have a couple of things I want to talk about" He said softly, looking at Sasha, who seemed lost and confused. "Why did you unlock second origin in me?" Straight to the point then. Well, he pondered what to say, before saying softly "because, you intrigued me, and gave me a lot of attention, when no one else did, and because I know you'll be essential for what is to come. You've forgotten a lot Sasha-Chan, not intentionally, and now, you're slowly remembering, I think" There wasn't really anything else he could say. Tidius [@t2wave] Tidius looked over when Ariel was asleep, satisified. He looked back to the fruit, pondering. Unconcerned, he poked at it, before deciding that the risk was just, and he tentatively put the Fruit Lacrima to his mouth to bite. Malice Vs Indigo battle part two Making no move to dodge, Indigo instead summoned a dictionary that she clutched in the blade's path. Anubis skewered the book like a scissorblade through tissues, and its black tip protruded from the other side. The angle of entry had been imperfect, and the metal poking through had nicked Indigo's finger. An acute stretching sensation took hold in the Librarian's mind, as if something was being taken away. Not wishing to concede more than she deemed necessary, she hopped backward, leaving the unwieldy dictionary for Malice to disentangle. Indigo continued to retreat until she was about thirty feet away, at which point she held her finger up for Malice to see. "Wish granted!" she said cheerily, though the air caused the little wound to sting. "Now, you can rest easy. Really, you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. If you're here at all, it means you're above kicking yourself for losing. Just bad luck, really, that you were matched against me. A Tale of Two Sons." There was a noise behind Malice. When she turned to look, she found an identical copy of Indigo standing there, who held no book. A second later, another noise heralded the manifestation of another on her right. Another two followed to the immediate left and right of that one, until there were six Indigos completely surrounding Malice Hardt. One right after another, they began to speak. "Defense of the Ancients." "Shovel Knight." "Seven Days to Die." "Subnautica." "The Yawg." Each one began to channel some sort of magic, building in power almost immediately. Storms, earth, heat, water, pinkish-red fire, and more all built to a crescendo around her. The noise, light, heat, and so forth all picked up until they had reached a fever pitch. Then, for a fleeting moment, there was a lull, agonizingly full of promise. As Indigo would block the stab with a dictionary while retreating backwards and showing her the tiny cut she made, Malice would alugh to herself. "Smartass, you could have dodged that easily..." Malice mumbled tossing the book off her sword and then sending it back to the space pocket. Malice would listen to her as she was told that she was simply unlucky and that she did great to get here. She would then speak about a book title and thats when Malice knew she was fucked. She looked around at the multiple clones of Indigo that surrounded her and watched as they each said a book title and gained some sort of power. "Fucking overkill if you ask me..." Malice said as she gazed at each one before everything suddenly turned to black for her. Then the five magics were released in a single, riotous typhoon. It was thirty seconds later before the maelstrom of fire, water, electricity, earth, and wind began to die, leaving colorful streaks painted in the sand. Even more time passed before the cloud cleared completely, leaving behind a scene of contained chaos.
