He has not posted an example but does have a CS requirement, I'm just winging it with Jacer for now. I can show the current WIP if you're curious but I don't know how well I did to be honest. In addition, do we post the CS here first than get approval or make any requested changes first? Also what is the ruling on NPCs being key story elements to a PC? I'm aiming on making Dom and Giz CSes but not sure how fleshed out they should be. Namely as Jacer will avoid them getting into a fight as often as possible. 

One last thing I have to say: why in the hell is there a Personality Section?!?! I hate those with a passion as my PC [u][b][i]never[/i][/b][/u], never comes out that way when I start to play them!
