To be completely, and brutally, honest... Yeah. Kaithas is right. Angel, in the line of acting through a GM's request, has been completely, 100% out of line. Brutally so. 

Shamefully so, actually.

I'm working on a Master CS, so you need three Masters. Assuming, of course, the conduct of someone acting in accordance with the GM's will doesn't indicate that the people are going to be too much of a twat for this to be a chore rather than fun.
