The only blue Ultra I remember is one of Tiga's forms. XD

Anyways, hopefully will get to work on my Ultra sometime soon.  She's [url=http://sta.sh/0fw8zrdbybc]drawn up[/url] at least, so that's the easy part over. XD Really only drew her up because I'm not a huge fan of how any of the canon female Ultras look but oh well.
