Is he actually from Jacer's home world? 

Namely as it's in it's little, mini war itself as Jacer's bio will explain. Though there's a 3 way Infinity war going on, Jacer's world isn't acknowledged as part of it because they are being invaded by the Undyne and most humans in his world have been turned into Enslaved. I aim on the Undyne possibly being connected to one of the current Powers within the actual bigger war though for the multiverse, Jacer, his kid brother Dom and their pet Gizzi will be trying to get back to their own home world. The current rp entrance I'm wanting is actually a possible way to pull all the PCs, due to the fact the trio discover a artifact on Ebium which ends up transporting them to the bazaar that was set up. The artifact cracks, destroyed along with any chance they have to get back home instantly. So now they have to get home without being dragged into the current war going on or being killed. Which allows for a lot of conflict possibilities and interaction reasons. :p 

If not, we could at least tie Jacer to him after all three of them arrive. Aiming on that attracting a lot of attention and be a rather comic relief while the little crew collects themselves.
