I'm currently working on a nation for the following plot of land!

I'm aware it's a rather large slice, and I can decrease it if need be! To compensate for landmass, I'm going for an over-stretched empire in decline as a result of failing rulers, as well as a corrupt and fickle nobility. The considerable size has led to the inclusion of various cultures in the Empire, which is also going to spell trouble. Size, in this case at least, is certainly not a bonus!
