And there's also the blurb in [url=http://moerin-satsuki.deviantart.com/art/The-Ky-Ree-of-Theia-500015371]this one[/url]; there's a little inconsistency between the two, but that's because... The blurb for the picture is about my own fantasy world I've slowly been building up for a while now.  But basically the gist is that they have a Mongolian aesthetic to them, whatever culture they had before was wiped out by another race who enslaved them, they eventually threw off their shackles and now are a group of proud warrior types basically.  The one from the previous worldbuilding thing mentions it was orcs that did it as a placeholder (I was going to figure out something for that I guess), and the older fluff in the picture's blurb mentions high elves because the high elves of that setting are basically Nazis.  Either way, that's all easy to change up if anyone's interested in having them in this world but um yeah. ^^;
