Awesome! I have a chunin character already made but I'm wanting to be even more involved. I've read through the ooc and see talk of Kage and what not. What kind of requirements are needed to be a higher importance character such as that? Feel free to PM me if this is not tye proper place to discuss this. Thanks :)
