Update: The costume was a hit. I was the only Nana and everyone who recognized me was really excited because most of them said they'd never seen a Nana cosplayer but they loved the show. Lots of people took pictures of/with me and I even had some people who were making a costume/con montage video ask if they could film me.

My cigarettes came just in time and I did smoke one beforehand to make sure I wouldn't die coughing in case I lit one up for pictures. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, and I did light one for the video, so that was pretty cool. 

I actually made some friends who invited me to be a part of their panel at Anime Fusion in October, and we're going to cosplay the whole band. 

It was a really small con, just a handful of voice actors and artists as far as famous people. But all the people there were awesome, and there were lots of cool costumes. I didn't spend a whole lot on merch but I did spend too much on parking. 

7/10 would go again.
