Bribery - Generally, when it comes to corrupt officials he can usually ballpark a range of what they'd view as an acceptable bribe.

Appearance: Kim Rhee Seok is a fairly average looking man in regards to height and build. He usually keeps his black hair trimmed short, but it is currently fairly scraggly and has noticeable bangs, that hang just slightly above his eyes and cover his eyebrows. He also has a short but unkempt beard which covers his face. Around his dark brown beedy eyes are quite a few noticeable wrinkles. Seok usually wears a black-suit coat which is consistently open, a white collared shirt, a loose red tie, grey dress-pants and a pair of black dress shoes. 

Personality: Kim Rhee Seok is a notable dour dude. He is usually seen with either a scowl or a frown, and the only times he was recalled to have a smile on his face was when he would win a hand of cards or a game of pachinko. Seok maintains a cynical outlook on life, which is only sated for but a moment by either, gambling, drinking or getting money. Of course, despite his calm but grim demeanor, if anything threatens his livelihood or sensibilities he will burst out into a furious outburst which is only stopped once he feels the situation has been taken care of. 

History: Kim Rhee Seok was born in the nation of North Korea, to a pair of impoverished farmers. Needless to say, Seok didn't have that great of a childhood. His only solace was his Uncle Kim Dong, who was on good bribery terms with various Corrupt Officers, and introduced Kim into the world of Taekwondo. This was where he could kick and punch people without having much to worry about. 

As for the world of magic, that was dived in at age sixteen when he bought a small journal on the Black Market. Namely it was so he'd have a souvenir before he fled Korea to Japan, so he could mooch off his cousin Seong who was a Host, before he got his own start. And so, Kim Rhee Seok took a backpack full of essentials and his souvenir and, after bribing a few guards, was able to escape to South Korea. Once in South Korea, he considered simply staying there but decided against it. Namely because he hated South Koreans, and felt Japanese people would be slightly more tolerable.

Kim Rhee Seok managed to enter Japan and quickly met with his cousin and stayed in his apartment as he searched for jobs. Seok was able to secure a position during the Graveyard Shift in a Convenience Store in Fuyuki City. Slaving away, Kim Rhee Seok begrudgingly surged through the ranks and now serves as the manager. 

He contemplates what his life has become while drinking away his sorrows, gambling away his money, fighting in any Taekwondo League he can manage to find, and studying the occultist arts. Rotting away in a cheap apartment in the Korean neighborhood of Fuyuki City, he is currently unaware that his life is change during the Holy Grail War. 

Mystic Code: Sa Dan Belt (Ie. Taekwondo Black Belt of Third Rank Black Belt) - It is an amplifier for Kim's fire spells, namely making it hotter.
