Prozest Turr stared at the orb, his spear at his side he stood watching it. He had attempted to read into its aura but could not, every time he tried he was pushed out. He knew it held sorrow and pain within it but could not help but be enticed by its mystery, on occasion he found himself standing in one place and the next second reaching out to touch the orb. He retracted his hand back each time and simply stared into it, his vision was blurred and his mind was sent to a scene a ways away from him. He saw a team of soldiers exiting a ship some with wings some with weapons, one drawing on the ground then spilling her blood and summoning some form of dog. He watched and grimaced as he heard their plans to reach the orb and felt the need to protect it, he knew this desire was not his own and looked at the orb. It seemed to invade his mind, he continued watching it and felt its influence soon his own mind convinced him it would be wise to protect it. "Turest vask ka a," He said in his native tongue, Protect till death . He took a knee as he said this then jogged to the side of the fairly sized room in which the orb was held, he climbed to the rafters above his spear in hand, he stabbed the sharp end into the wall he had chosen to rest his back on, and retracted it making a large enough hole so he could set the blunt end their in the event he needed to throw it quickly. He set it in their and pulled his Ska'lat tooth necklace out of his side pouch, he held it to his forehead and remembered a time when he rested on his home planet after his first hunt. He had taken down the beast with a spear throw far superior to the other members of his tribe at his age. He was granted the pick of the kill and decided only to take a hoof and the large front fang, this was a sign of humility and gave him right to be a hunter while still considered too young for the task. He sat their engulfed in the memory a blank look on his face his pupils had turned white he slipped into the memory fully and would not wake till it had finished.
