[/quote] I think this is a major part of the problem, you tend to view things as isolated events. What was irksome has less to do with the specifics but more the principles and the behaviours, stuff you repeated later on in different contexts (Salt debate comes to mind). Which is why I honestly recommended taking the time to really read things when people complain. That when you can actually understand why people are annoyed or angry and then work to resolve those issues. A little respect here and there can go a long way.
