I'm either stupid, or your Titanpad is a little broken. Apparently a private pad?

In any case, I could be interested in this. Does the possibility exist for a character with purely mental disfigurement? All of their ugly on the inside, as it were. Or rather, what could be defined as disfigurement? Could it be as subtle as say, albinism, or something similarly superficial?
