The Searonese are of the same base species as the Roa'marii, but are a very different race. Mix with the fact that all of them are either female warriors who act like a mix between Boba Fett, Terminator, and a Predator and all have very heavy body modifications or are male slaves used solely for breeding purposes and basic labor and you have a incredibly different culture even if the species is the same. Speaking of, any males you send their way will almost certainly be ridiculed and called breeders at all times. Only females get any respect whatsoever in their society except in extreme circumstances.
