So I just found out about the AdS/CFT correspondence. It gives some interesting insight into string theory, and why we can have workable models of the same thing in both classical and quantum mechanics.

Not sure it works that way. Anyone can be smart, but only if they actively work on their ability to understand--which means spending time learning stuff. If one wants to be smart they must never stop learning.
