My bad, I've had a lot of PM's the last few days! But yeah, Bucky is accepted however we haven't really begun things with our prime characters. He's accepted for now and you can post his CS, but don't get post crazy with a secondary character just yet until those who're still here come up with something to go along with the 2nd character arc.
