Firstly, I'm very impressed by your CS, it's brilliant. He has sort of this 'Time waits for no man' type of feel about him, which is great. I'm happy with the NPC permission because I've seen Aria's interest in the IC.

The only thing I want to pick up on is the Zero Requiem spell. While I distinctly said no Time Abilities, I need to know whether this spell [i]actually[/i] affects time or is it just an illusion. Because, I'm sorry, I meant what I said about there not being any Time Abilities.

Edit:
A more acceptable way to have this spell would be that he slows people's perceptions and reactions in a radius around him, giving off the illusion of him slowing time to those affected. He would then move normally but it would seem as if he's moving faster than time at that moment.
