Her skirt is white, matching the lace blouse, designed as a hybrid of traditional design, and more progressive pencil/hobble skirt styles, stopping just above her ankles. The dress has a vent over her left leg to allow for ease of movement. Her shoes and jewelry are of noble quality and are most likely stolen. Armor: None Weapons: Shovel, Re-purposed undertaker tools Spells: Know Direction, Summon Instrument(s), Lullaby, Charm Person Natural Abilities: Quick Witted, Kin of the Woods, Low-light vision, Pan’s Blessing Skills: Jeanne is a moderately skilled multi-instrumentalist, actor, conversationalist, and improvisor, as well as a professionally trained mortician and thief, specializing in pre-grave/post-grave robbery, slight-of-hand and jewel running. Personality: Despite her profession-- or perhaps because of it-- Jeanne is an incredibly bright, bombastic person, exuding confidence and optimism in the presence of others. She does not use this as a veneer to hide her cunning or opportunistic tendencies, and seemingly naively displays equal parts cheer and avarice at any given opportunity. History: Jeanne never knew her parents. As she understands it, she was born of a union lasting exactly one moon between her father, a Faun her mother fancied in the wood, and her mother, a short-sighted woman who apparently hadn't enough money for sheepskin. The result of their very brief encounter was Jeanne. Jeanne was a mostly human baby girl, she had the legs and body of man, but the smaller stature of a Faun, as well as the distinctive ears, horns and general hairiness of the race. Jeanne's mother kept her for perhaps a week before dropping the baby off with a great-uncle who ran a mortuary and a funeral home in a small village for a weekend. Then promptly never returning again. It wasn't all bad though, Jeanne was raised as her Great Uncle's apprentice learning all the acting and social cues required of a funeral director, and all the technical ins and outs of preparing a body, and determining if someone is really dead. Her Great Uncle was also a retired thief, and used his position to subtly rob from the recently deceased, as well use sly speech and contracts to increase funeral prices just slightly. In organizing funerals, she would eventually learn to play the organ, harp, lute, and panflute for services, as well as acquiring a passing knowledge of several common religions. These were the skills Jeanne was imparted with before her Great Uncle's inevitable passing and inheriting the funeral home of her small village. Unfortunately, due to a recent strain of vampirism infecting the village, a funeral home has become redundant-- the business model fails if everyone is undead-- and so, putting her best foot forward, Jeanne now looks for another gig.
