Anyone can really give you an objective, like Reether, as he said himself in my last post. Or priests, yes. They aren't going to come running at you and giving you orders, though, unless [s]LIKE SOMEONE WE KNOW[/s] you're being a mooch. 
Riaxh, you can move your character whenever you'd like! As much as we are a group, our characters will not always be 100% together. 
If you ever need something to do, yes, you can go to the cathedral, or, to Reether and ask. Or, if you guys wanted, you can make NPCs... I don't know how well that would go so early in the RP, but you still can. 
There are several things going on at once usually. I had them on the ether pad to organize myself, so that I had it hashed out. My next post should make things like that a little more obvious, and drive your characters to action! [s]im hoping[/s]
However, I will say this; this RP will be somewhat character driven. I want your characters to want things and have their own objectives, even small/short term. At this point I don't expect you to have much of anything, but keep that in mind. Things are slow now, but do not expect them to stay that way! Urenda is far from dull. I have a few major events plotted out (somewhat, leaving room for innovation/changes) as well as other, long-term goals.
