The robot hadn't moved towards him very much when the other prisoner made his move, but Falcon decided that this was the best he was likely to get, given that the warden was held in place. He reached out to the shaft with his power, quickly shrining the foam blockage. It tore away from the steel shaft around it and was immediately swept up in a geyser of water sweeping up from below. Liquid burst out in all directions and soaking him to the skin in an instant, but the main flow followed the direction of the shaft, arcing outwards towards the middle of the dome. As the flow leapt skywards, he grew the amount of water, giving it the little bit of extra range it needed to come down right above the warden.
