Well its not really a skirt thats the problem. The sides of the piece of clothing that she wears have frilly things on it. I dont think that is gonna connect to each other. So this is auppose to be a sort of inappropriate outfit but i dont think that is her underwear showing. Also sorry if i scared/offended people >.< -comforts burth-
