42nd sun, 5630th season: Otherworld calender.

You sit up, recovering from the shock to your body. Questions fill your head; what had just happened?.. Where are you?.. who are you?.. 

You sit beneath a great white arch, you don't remember it being there before, wait, what do you remember? As you look toward the ominous door, you notice others beside yourself. Some stand and stare, some turn and flee, some approach the light. You puzzle through the thoughts of your frazzled mind. As your memories re-collate you remember who you are..

Okay, so this is roughly based on the idea in the popular anime/manga 'Gate'

Two worlds linked. One like our own, another a fantasy like world with dragons and stuff.

I thought it could start with you role-playing as a character who would be the first to find the gate and meet those from the other side (other peoples characters) and later a war between the two worlds would develop.

I'm 100% open to anyones ideas. I wouldn't consider myself a GM as I would like everyones input to be equal.
