oh, the movers are awful. 
Since there was 'no proof' they broke it, and because the ones who packed it wrote down that it was in 'bad shape' (in regards to the torn seams on a few cushions) they wouldn't repair it. 
It wasn't a hard fix. A support beam popped off and send springs flying. I just had to nail the sucker down and reset the springs.
