Rachel, Enyo, Alexis, Lance -- REAL
Lance, Enyo, Alexis, Rachel -- LEAR (sounds more intimidating, and Lance might be a slightly better leader since he's more chill)

Finally a decent team name, and a very mixed bag of personalities. Rachel is happy, Enyo is angry, Alexis is anti-social, and Lance is, well I already said what he is.

But that's just one idea, mostly based off of the team name (LEAR) that just happened to also work kinda well.

Now for the rest of them...
