But I think Abel and Gren would have more faith in the furball than Sapphire. If Shiro and Sapphire were to ever throw down and he won, that would only strengthen his beliefs. Believing her to be unfit and undeserving of the role Ozpin assigned to her.

Now that hurts. She's not a bad leader just not much of people person. 

Besides I think following someone with a grudge but knowing that they've got a good handle on things is better than following someone you trust and like and being unsure if he's going to lead you to safety or get you killed.

Now that I think about it that's sort of Sapphire's mentality as a leader. She's not popular but she gets the job done.
