If you are a Non-Great Non-Western Power you can certainly westernize, just expect for it to take decades as your people attempt to shrug off tradition and decadence. 

I'm reviewing the applications to see if any others are finished. Once five players have completed theirs, I'll add the relevant NPC nations and start the IC thread.

[b]Industrialization[/b] will be a factor as well in the game, this will be reflected in the [b]Year of 1836 Event[/b] post when the game begins. Hehehe. But anyway.

[b]Boletarian Commonwealth[/b] is a unified blob of homogeneous people with a massive army, an abyssmal navy and lacking in many industrial resources except arable land. 

The [b]Kingdom of Nehelania[/b] application is finished and he'll be added to the map soon. He did some awesome history adding in with the NPC nations which I dig!
