[@Truth] Merlin is at work but I have read some of your CS and can mention a few things to you before he gets back regarding your character. 

Though the Savant's Sickle is a great idea, a playable character cannot own a God Weapon. In addition, there are only five God weapons total in all of Galendar, and for balancing reasons we chose to not have any playable characters own one. Also the learning any physical skill and Knowing any knowledgeable thing seems slightly above the range to where Merlin would like the character's power potential to be. Perhaps they can learn the skill for a certain amount of time and only be able to remember a certain amount of skills at once?

I actually like the height of this character, it's a pretty cool touch. For further commentary I'm going to wait and discuss this sheet with Merlin when he is back from work.
