The moon grew larger and brighter once more, as they continued their walk. The water that had been conjured helped quell the thirst of some, and eventually, they reached a halfway point in their journey, having travelled for more than half a day. The moon was tinged with a scarlet shade now, one that began to blossom from the center, before radiating outwards. The white sands took on a pink shade, and the sky itself a violet color. By now, however, the change in body mass would be clear to everyone in the group, and the more magically astute would be able to tell, at this distance, that the tower they were heading towards had changed. A faint pulse of arcane force was radiating from it, almost like that of a tuning fork.
