Frederik is a strong looking man. He is near six feet tall and athletically built and less muscled than the other dragonslayers. His hands, arms, and general body are covered in scars from perilous battles and a nasty one runs the length of his jaw on the right side. He keeps his dark hair short and leaves it messy and maintains a light beard to cover his scar. As of the past decade there have been some changes. Blue eyes have begun to shimmer green as of late, just as his teeth have grown more jagged and his nails stronger and longer. He finds himself scowling most of the time and looking quickly from place to place. When not out hunting Frederik adorns plain linen undergarments, and a pair of woolen trousers and an adorned woolen tunic. 

[b]Clothing/Armour Style[/b]

Frederik wears armour reminiscent of a moderately funded knight. Leather protects his entire body, with shaped bone creating a breastplate, greaves and gauntlets, and most notably a full helm. Most gaps in the armour have scalemail for the added safety, but on a whole the armour is designed to be as light and mobile as possible. Clothe around the neck and legs depict his family crest. 

[b]Personality[/b]: Determined, dutiful, sincere, crude, vindictive.
 
[b]Abilities[/b]
As it would seem the case with many of the dragonslayers Frederik enjoys slightly better senses, a faster reaction time, and overall a stronger and more enduring physique than commonfolk. Beyond this Frederik has also developed himself to be as fast as possible. Even armoured he is able to move at astounding speeds and is known for striking twice when others could only strike once.

[b]Brief History[/b]
Frederik is the third born son to the latest Lord Steinon. It is expected in the aristocratic family that all of their sons are trained to slay dragons. This has been the case since the first Steinon joined the Dragon Sodality shortly after its creation. The family history is rife with valiant efforts in the destruction of the dragons, but has recently fallen into discontent after one of Frederik murdered his wife.

As the third son Frederik was given no special treatment. For a short time his childhood was filled with the toys and foolishness many children were accustomed to, but on his sixth year this all but ended. Frederik was schooled and trained from sunrise to sunset. As he matured Frederik was sent on his first hunt. 

The dragon wasn't particularly fearsome; it had short horns and a slim head. The fire it spewed forth was broiling, but weak compared to that of others according to some. It seemed luck was on Frederiks side for his first hunt, but luck can be a deceitful thing. The smaller stature of the dragon made it quick, unbelievably so. Before a blow was landed on the beast it had felled a good three men and injured another. Fighting against the beast in an open field left the dragonslayers at the whims of the beast. Frederik in desperation struck at the beasts wings whenever it swooped down on them. Twice he felt the sword strike the leathery wings, and twice he saw a great tear grow in them. As the dragon swept in on the men again Frederik pierced it's stomach with the tip of his blade grounding the dragon. One of the men closed in on the dragon and was quickly cooked within his armour. Terrorized by the might of the dragon Frederik cast himself at it in a final charge, and pierced its chest with his sword.

This was to be the first of the hunts Frederik would partake in. Years would temper him, body and soul to no longer fear the wrath of a dragon. He grew more powerful and became an accomplished warrior. When Frederik was 23 he was wed, but the woman was fickle and scorned him when his teeth grew jagged, and his eyes changed their luster. He resigned himself from the company of women after his wife's adultery and subsequent murder at his hands. They'd only been together two years. 

[b]Equipment/Inventory[/b]
Frederik carries with him a two handed sword carved from the bone of a dragon he slew. This is the blade he does most of his work with and is well suited to the job. Alongside this he carries a dagger made of steel, a satchel of ointments and medicinal herbs and a few other paltry possessions such as dice, playing cards and a few food stuffs.

A monstrously quick dragon, similar to that of his first hunt. In this form Frederik would have blue scales with red accents cresting the shoulders and head. His maw would be broad and powerful, gushing forth molten flames. Two great horns extend from the back of the skull, and claws sharp enough to rend dragonflesh arm all four legs. The body would be slim, with a long thin tail having no spikes or barbed point. His wingspan would be greater than his length and allow him to fly further and faster than other dragons.
