Downtown Brooklyn, New York It was an average morning for Jason. He woke up, Showered, got dressed, and had his tea while reading the daily news. The paper read Claire Bennet dead. Jason was in shock. How could someone get away with killing Claire??? The Bennets have always been well connected. He thought putting the paper down. Time to go run some blood tests. He thought looking at the time and grabbing his thermos. Manhattan, New York Jason was now working in one of the testing facilities. His job was to deliver gifted humans from hospitals to the facility. He couldn't believe he was turning in his own kind, but if he got a higher position he could manage to let some gifted humans slip under the radar like he was. When he arrived at work his partner was waiting at the door. Jason greeted him with a smile and they walked into the facility together. "Are you ready to bag some freaks today Jason." his partner asked. "Must you call them freaks Ben. They are humans just like us, just a little different." Jason said with a smirk. "Yeah, you're right they are just like us... except we don't crush schools or cause sink holes to try and eliminate thousands of people." "No, instead we create concentration camp, attempt to eradicate races, enslave those unlike us, and create destructive weapons to kill each other and our planet." "Hmmm, well played Jay." "Do you go home and look for reasons to try and sway my opinion about what we are doing her?" "No, I go home and try to convince myself that you aren't one of them." Ben said giving Jason a nudge. "Yeah right." Jason laughed. "Hey, do you think you could finish my paper work from yesterday. I was going to take it home but I left it on accident. My wife has been freaking out since the assassination... She keeps saying they are going to come get me while you're away." Ben Laughs. "As if she assassinated that Bennet girl herself." Ben said breaking into a louder laugh. "This is the third time this week Ben." "I know. I know. I owe you. Just this last time please." Ben begged stepping in front of Jason and getting on his knees. "Fine... Get up. Get up." Jason said pulling Ben to his feet. "Thank you." Ben said smiling and handing Jason a silver clipboard and smiling. "I'll do it in the truck where I can compare notes." Jason said walking over to the key box to sign out their vehicle key. Jason picked up the pen and filled out the paperwork for their truck. as he put the pen down he put his finger on the tip of the pen to drain some ink. "Alright lets go." Jason said throwing the keys to Ben. "You're turn to drive." He said walking to the truck. When the two men entered the vehicle Jason grabbed his papers from the prier day. He scanned over the notes as Ben started the truck. "I am going to fill these out in the back; okay?" Jason said laying on the bench in the back of the truck. "Sure." Ben said. Jason put his finger on the pages of Ben's files. Jason's eyes turned pearly white as the ink flowed out his hand and filled in the blanks on the page. In two seconds Ben's papers looked just like Jason's. "Try not to throw me around back here. I AM doing your paperwork back here." Jason said sarcastically. "Come on this is Manhattan. You cant go more than 15 miles an hour here." Ben replied. They both laughed as they left the lot.
