Frost-Man is good, just the whole Bio thing (again, my fault for forgetting to add it to the CS) and could you maybe elaborate a bit more on his ice manipulation a bit? You don't have to but it's just better to know what kind of ice manipulation it is (Ex of different versions: Killer Frost's ice manipulation, Sub-zero's ice manipulation, Ice man's ice manipulation etc)
