WIP but we're getting there, just need to do my peeps.
General

Nation name: Internally the Mando’ade, Outwardly known as the Mandalorians Government type: Clan based: Most powerful/respected warrior gains the title Manda’lor Flag/emblem:

Description: Mandalore is a system and planet rooted in the history of the Galaxy. Known for their warriors throughout time during the Clone Wars a different approach was taken, a path of peace. However eventually after some unknown political maneuvering by Darth Maul the planet came under control of the Death Watch and under their rule most of the old clans and old ways returned to Mandalore. For a time Mandalore and MandalMotors thrived, even going so far as discovering new veins of Beskar (Otherwise known as Mandalorian Iron). Then the Empire happened, taking over the previously neutral system and setting up an academy in the sector, mines, industrial factories and handing the system off to a Moff from another world. The Mandalorians didn’t take kindly to this and Death Watch reformed in order to try and remove the outsiders from their planet. It wasn’t so easy. The Empire eventually decided just to strip mine Mandalorian Iron from the surface of the planet, even after they discovered it was useless to them they continued to mine it to remove a possibly dangerous substance from who was a volatile enemy. During this time the current Manda’lor was killed, and Mar Beskad was given the title. Working under a new rule he decided to try and rebuild the Mandalore sector in it’s glory. Sequestering ships and supplies from MandalMotors, the Empire, the Hutts and other groups in order to try and combat their oppressors. When the Emperor died the regional Moff felt with the chaos it was easier to cut his losses, bombarding the mines and several key industrial locations from orbit before leaving. On that day he made a true enemy of the Mandalorians. Since then they have been working to rebuild, calling upon any Mandalorian among the stars to come home and join them. Barely a year after the death of the Emperor they have done impressive work, and while the Alliance has approached them they have as of yet not agreed to become a member of the Alliance at least not until they can find a way to get back what the Empire stole from them and there's no guarantee the Alliance would give them back the Beskar even if they found it. Economy:

Mercenaries: Mandalore has a history of having the best trained killers in the Galaxy. While this still rings true and Mandalorians can still chose to work as bounty hunters throughout the galaxy there is a new source of income: Private armies. Entire sectors can hire a strike team, defensive force, occupying force or even an extremely efficient private police force. All if you have the right amount of credits. Though while simple bounties go through the individual Mandalorians any request for a large group of Mandalorians must go through the Manda’lor.
Raw Materials:While the Mandalore is the only system in which Beskar is found, Gargon is home to the largest known Phobium mines in the galaxy responsible for mining materials used in construction of both Death Stars.
Ships: While the Mandalorians keep the good stuff to themselves, MandalMotors is willing to sell ships (and tanks) to other organisations throughout the galaxy. However any design that incorporate Beskar are given a weaker variant of the armoured form.
Demographics:

Everyone in the Mandalore Sector is Mandalorian. No matter race or their personal history, if they are willing to accept the culture and way of life they are Mandalorian.
Institutions:

MandalMotors: A common name throughout the Galaxy, one of the few places a third party can purchase fully armed ships legally. They also produce a line of speeders/tanks again most of which can be sold outward. That said they remain wholly loyal to Mandalore, giving them equipment freely in exchange for the goods they really are a company that encompasses all of the Mandalorian sector.
Notable Locations:

Keldabe: Capital City of Mandalore. While most of the clans have returned to the original way of living on steadings Keldabe is still a major city on Mandalore, and is actually one of the few remaining.
MandalMotors: The HQ of MandalMotors is a tall well recognisable building, the logo standing proud on the side of the building capable of being seen miles around and is easily one of the most recognisable symbols relating to Mandalore.
Astrography - Planet and/or Sector list:

Mandalorian Sector: - Mandalore (7 Capital Points), Concord Dawn (7 Capital Points), Gorgon (7 Capital Points).
Other:

Only know sector to possess Beskar
Gorgon is one of the biggest producers of Phobium.

Military:

Organisation: The Mandalorian Military is small, though well organised. Every Mandalorian is trained, and expected to fight if called upon in Mandalores time of need. However dedicated security forces and shock troopers/hireable mercenaries are off a different breed as while all Mandalorians are trained they receive the best training. In both the reserves and the main military force the Mandalorians have a very regimental layout. Individual soldiers form squads, which form platoons, which form battalions which form divisions which then form the military in total. The exception is Death Watch. Once exiles they are now the elite Mandalorian Units, the ones you don’t want to cross. While they can work in squads they are quite often expected to work without squads. Troop Total:

20,000 Deathwatch members
1,925,751 Mandalorian Troopers.
All Mandalorians adults are reservists.
Navy:

1x Keldabe Battleship: Vigilance (5 Points)
2x Dreadnaught Heavy Cruisers: Bonecrusher, Headstrong (6 points)
10x Crusader Class Corvette (5 Points)
10x Consular Class C70 Retrofit (5 Points)
Strategic resources:

Beskar’gam armour: While it is growing rare thanks to the Empires strip mining of Mandalore all of the Death Watch troopers are equipped with Beskar’gam which is far better than any armour anywhere else in the galaxy. This means that even though they are great troops, that when they do get hit it takes a lot of hits to take them down.
Other:

Regime personalities:
Include head of state at least. Try and use a hider per additional -less important- character to avoid clutter.
Name: Mar Beskad - Manda’lor the Defiant Species: Human Age: 39 Personality: Intelligent, quick witted, tactical, deadly. History & Background: Beskad was born into clan life, shortly before the end of the Clone Wars. Living under the freedom of Mandalorian rule for a couple of years, his family being some of the best known smiths on the planet for shaping Beskar into armour and tools. He too from a young age was taught the trade, worked the forges and underwent his trials to become an adult. Though there was something else, something worse coming. The Empire. The Galactic Empire stomped on any hopes of Mandalore ruling itself, and so began the long war. Many of Beskads people were taken around the same time the Empire began strip mining Mandalore, the remaining members of the clan went to ground. Spreading out among the other clans or joining the small underground movement. Mar was one of the latter, when his people were being taken and threatened he wasn't going to just sit back and do nothing. He was a Mandalorian, and that's not what they did. He spent the years of the Empire gathering his forces, soon many Mandalorians dubbed him Manda'lor the Defiant. Rising up and taking charge of raids against the Empire, when the Emperor fell he used MandalMotors and their equipment to push back. Which was when the Moff decided to bombard several locations from orbit. In the time after the Empire fell, Mandalore has become it's own again. They have new ship designs, a new and bigger army all while staying true to their culture. Now, still leading his people Mar plans to make Mandalore even greater. Re-unite all the old clans, increase the wealth of their sector and take back what the Empire took from them. -More will be added on an as needed basis-
