How would this 'vanilla mortal' be so Clued In? 
Wouldn't the White Council have a problem with this?  - Does this not make them effectively a Mini-Archive? 

With that much knowledge, it's unlikely they would [i]be[/i] a 'vanilla' mortal, as knowledge is power. And to hold that much information in their head would take something unusual. 

To put it another way... not even Bob the Skull knows all things about magic and the occult, and he's a Spirit of Intellect (and knowledge). Meaning he knows a lot about a lot, and a little about most anything. But even he doesn't have the end-all, be-all knowledge about a given subject. 

It's possible to know that much, but I don't believe that would be in the realm of a 'vanilla' mortal. And not without something to help them out in this regard and some careful and detailed work and explanation. This is pretty much [@yeti100]'s ballgame though so it's up to him.
