Personality: Very stern and goal oriented. Devon shows no mercy, yet she does what she wants while keeping her oath to Umbrella. She seems very cold-hearted at times, but if you worked for the cause of the virus spreading. wouldn't you be? Devon can be very mysterious as well, half the time she seems as if shes gone rouge but still completes her mission given by her overseers. 
Bio: Devon had been an active member of Umbrella, going on four years of service. Though at times, her allegiance seems to lie with herself. Then again, she does what she needs to survive. even if that means bending the rules a bit.
