And in close quarters he's more of a brawler then a highly trained fighter. But his biggest asset is that he can take a beating. He's resiliant enough to go toe-to-toe with a Krogan, and still hold his own. He has a high pain tolerance, as you can break his arm, and he'll still keep going. He's a demolitions expert, his specialty is making things go boom.

[*]Stubborn - His bullheaded nature is his biggest downfall. He believes things should be done his way, and this can make him difficult to work with. He'll never admit he's wrong on anything. He'll never give up on anything as well, which is both a blessing, and a curse.
[*]Overconfident - While Jason is a decent enough fighter, he's no where near the best, and that's something he won't admit. No, he believes that his incredible pain tolerance is enough to make him the best.
[*]Temper - He's got quite the temper. When enraged he becomes like a rabid animal. He's more prone to make obvious mistakes.
[*]Loner - He's not much of a team player. He's more likely to go his own way than stay with his squad. He prefers to get things done himself.
[*]Impatient - He's not much for waiting. He prefers the head on approach than anything.
[*]Humor - He's got a fairly bad sense of humor, and has a tendancy to fire off horrible puns.
[*]Glory Hound - He loves him a good challange, and will go out of his way for some thrills, and a chance for some glory.
[*]Inexpereniced - Despite his bravado, he is still fairly new to the galactic underworld, and is still learning the ropes. He's mostly untrained in combat, only knowing some basic brawling techniques. But he does show promise.[/list]
[color=9e0b0f][b]Pysch Profile:[/b][/color]
Jason is often described as a brash, cocky, and overconfident loud mouth. Which is for the most part it's true. His overconfidence stims from his feeling of invinciblity from his pain resistance. He believes he's invincible, and can handle anything the universe throws at him. This leads him to be reckless, borderline suicidal, when on missions, and gives him a slight superority complex. He is also highly subborn, and doesn't know the meaning of a 'tactical retreat'. So all this makes him rather difficult to work with.

He's completely obessed with becoming the greatest hired gun the galaxy has ever known. And he'll stop at nothing to achieve this goal. Despite his harded hired gun exterior, he does have an underlying sense of honor that creeps up from time to time. He can be kind to those he feels deserve it, especially towards women, and children. He can be quite sarcastic, and always has a smart ass comment up his sleeve. But more often he can be heard dealing out horrible, horrible puns. He can be somewhat a flirt, and quite enjoys people he can banter with.

Given his line of work it's not surprising that Jason has a violent temper. Indeed, when angered he becomes even more of a loose cannon. He's been told a few times that he'd make a better Krogan than a human. His rage can blind him at times, and force him to make obvious mistakes. He's quite the glory seeker, and has spent most of his life trying to prove that his name will go down in history.

Jason has little interest in peoples species, and honestly doesn't harbor any ill will towards other races, even Turians. To him he doesn't see any point in it. Humans spent centuries fighting each other, trying to kill one another, so why should he hate Turians when they've only tried once to kill them?

Jason was born, and raised in the rural farm lands of Georgia. His family were but humble farmers. They were well known, and well liked amongst the community. But Jason wasn't statisfied with the simple farming life. He wouldn't have it. Since a child he dreamed of traveling the stars, and finding adventure, and glory ot there. And then he got it. When he was a teenager his family was asked to venture out to one of the newest colonies, Terra Nova, and help establish some farms there. They were very good farmers.

And Jason loved it. Not the moving to a colony part, not being at the forefront of a new step in human advancement, no, it was the traveling. He loved the space traveling. It felt right to him. And once he got the taste, he wanted more. And he would soon get it.

It was the middle of the First Contact War, and he just turned eighteen. So of course he enlisted. What little boy never dreamed of fighting aliens? His parents were less than thrilled, especially his father. Jason, and his father had a big blow out. Hateful words that neither meant were said. And he's never seen him since.

War, it wasn't as glamourous as he thought it was going to be. He was sent all over, and fought many different things, on many different worlds. But he came to a realization. He didn't like military life. It wasn't the fighting, or the bloodshed, he quite enjoyed that part, no, it was the fact that he was given orders for every move he made. But, he had no choice but to keep his head down, and power through.

And then it happened. In was the later days of the war, the ship he was serving on was shot down by the birds. Only a handful survived, and some were luckier than Jason. Jason's body was completely broken. It would be easier to name the bones he didn't brake. But somehow he managed to stay alive until their rescue came.

From there it was back to back surgeries for the better part of a week. By the time it was over his body was made mostly of pins, and metal plates. I took a full year of physical therapy before he was back to fighting condition. He then resigned from the military, prefering to fight because he wanted to, not because others wanted him to. He soon learned that thanks to his previous injuries he felt very little pain, which would prove useful later in life.

He was twenty when he began his mercenary career. He started out small at first. He hung around a few mercenary bands that would allow him so he could learn the ropes of the business. And he took to it like a fish to water. It came naturally to him. Once he felt like he knew all he needed to know, he struck out on his own. And where does one go to in order to make a name for himself in the mercenary line of work? The seediest, most lawless part of the universe of course. Omega.
