[@Yorutenchi] Yea, Its written that he has the [i]possibility[/i], the potential in other words. He can't use Conqueror's Haki now and won't for a very long time but I wanted it to be known that he would in the future. No need to be around the bush about it. The way I see it, the captain is stronger than him. She's skilled in her Observation Haki and he hasn't even tapped into any of his yet. 

Also, I don't believe my character should be compared to the captain lol. Every individual is unique.  

Atsu Atsu no Mi cannot raise the temperature of another person, unless it environmental. Cause he can control the heat of his body, making it possible to heat up the area around him. If that's the case, than yea he can. But he can't burn somebody up from the inside. If you need me to I can add it into the SU. Though the Wikia explains the Canon in its entirety.
