[@Anime_Freak] There are a few things. If they're fused a lot then, yeah, you need the fusion thing. But if not a lot (e.i. 24/7 like my Gems) then you don't need it. Thanks for doing it anyways!  

The "Power Restrictions" is for the Abilities (powers) and not the weapons. I can see how one would confuse that and think they're both. But if you want to keep that, then that's alright with me. 

Just tell me if you're gonna keep that or not, and then you're accepted.
