I can scale him to whatever you think would be appropriate, since again, I don't know too much about One Piece, or I can always go the Doctor route unless [@The Irish Tree]'s already made strides toward it. [/quote] The way that they are able to dodge bullets isn't that they move faster than them. Its that they predict the path the bullets take and move out of the way. Its a little bit like the way the Sharingan allows them to predict what the opponent will do and move accordingly but doesn't actually increase their speed. I will also be setting up actual limiters on the uses of Haki when I create the IC. No one is proficient but I don't see any reason to stop the existence of haki from being known and at least having a minor use of it. I like the idea of using shockwaves and soundwaves and such but being able to move at the speed of sound is pretty similar to the reason why I banned the light logia. Unless you have the ability to move faster than sound you can't really react to it. If you make your own fruit you can do whatever you want with it so long as it isn't broken. I will be introducing random fruit throughout the RP and players can choose to either eat it or they can choose to sell it or whatever. however all of the fruit that I introduce to the rp will be my own creation. Even some existing fruit I am going to alter slightly. I have one very specifically in mind that is going to be different than the way it was in the show as it has to do with plot points. However again I don't want to reveal anything that will be for the IC. Either way I will post the IC today but no rush on your character.
